I tried this recipe yesterday and it was awesome. However, I didn't boil the milk on high flame and didn't stir continuously. I boiled milk on low flame by stirring occasionally. I used 1 n half lemon to break the milk as it didn't break for half or full lemon. Still I got soft, yummy kalakand. My husband is happy as it is perfect sweet as in sweet shop.
