How is the population calculated? Per sq. Kilometres? Per ward? Per panchayat?
Sir what about capital gain on conversion of agriculture land to residential plots,whether capital gain applied

It will calculate as per the capital gains and indexetion value because rural areas sale's cannot exceed transaction of 30 lakhs
Can we take all money of agriculture land sale in our saving account?
if rural agriculture land circle rate is higher than purchase price than it count in income or not.
