10 seconds in and i already have the biggest smile on my face. My favorite game and my first game that i owned that wasn't my dads hand me downs. So much nostalgia :)
This Saturday, I was just over at a buddy's place and started playing DK64 on his WiiU. In one sitting, I was able to get to Angry Aztec and free Tiny Kong. It brought back a ton of great memories from playing the game when I was younger and it's crazy to think about how many of the game's secrets I remembered. Your medley here was fantastic and hearing the versions of the later levels brought back more great memories. Keep up the good work.
+craig1287 you have to keep going because you're almost to Frantic Factory which is an amazing level :) thank you as always for watching and commenting!
PPPianist Well, the good thing, its still there! You should team up with someone who like the game(perhaps your friend) and set aside a weekend sometime, and play it! :)
I liked my share of platformers for sure. Mario, Sonic, Bonk, Ghouls 'n Ghosts, etc. Not sure why Donkey Kong didn't appeal to me. But RARE's Diddy Kong racing was an absolute gem! :)
Beautiful :O Never really played any N64 games (except OoT) but this sounds amazing. Any chance you could try the Rival Battle Theme from Pokémon GSC. (It's hard though ;D)
Do you have any sheet music for this by chance? I've learned a more simple version of this, but I like the sound of this music. It would be awesome if you have the music still. Great job on it as well.
Epic Bros I’m sorry but I don’t ever write out the sheets :( I play all by ear!! But, you should definitely use ninsheetmusic.org to find the individual songs and arrange them, I find that site to have the highest quality :)
I really appreciate your medley because they're cool but also because the video is a bit longer. DK64 ? I don't know this game, I think :/ But the songs seems cool so it must be a good game :D Maybe I could buy it when I will buy a N64 (with SM64, OoT and Mario Kart, yes it will cost a lot haha). By the way, very cool medley. I really appreciate :D
It's a really great game, back from the Golden age of RareWare. It's pretty long too (I think it still holds the guiness world record for most collectibles in a game), so you'll definitely get your money's worth.
How long does it take you to learn/play pieces like these, because you just uploaded the Witcher one yesterday! I ask all of that to say: this was fantastic :D
thank you for your support, everyone :) you guys are the BEST!
Man I forgot how good some of the music in DK64 was. Your playing is just wonderful!
That transition to the Banana Fairy island music...massive goosebumps! This is incredible!

Delirious Beast :) !!!!
The Aztec and Crystal Caverns ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Wooow the Crystal Caves part made me totally forget time and space.
Truly beautiful. Thank you for your rendition.

Thank you, this just transported me to my childhood memories, simpler and better times. Sunday's afternoons with all my brothers, dad and mom...
Even the pause music is on here brilliant!!
It's so beautiful and nostalgic. I sense the emotional attachment to this game in the way you play. But did you find the 201 golden bananas ?!
oh yes. And I found them all again years later. I still replay this game!
Never played a dk game before.. Still a pleasure listening to this..
Glad you like it even though you've never played the game. :)

I completely forgot about this game! This was one of my favorites in elementary school! Awesome as usual. I'm enjoying the nostalgia.
Haha thanks as usual!! Yes so much nostalgia - I must have spent entire summers playing this game
Great work!
Oh nice I literally just finished shooting a video for my first Donkey Kong 64 song. This is amazing especially the end!
Great franchise and great game, for sure!! :) Well done!
+Thomandy thanks as always! :) I miss this game.

i bought another n64 just for this game, definitely has the best music out of any other video game 😀
Never was a big fan of the Donkey Kong franchise, however, I'm a huge fan of your playing. I enjoyed this very much. Thanks for sharing it with us! :)
Of course, thank you :) what's more your type of game?
I liked my share of platformers for sure. Mario, Sonic, Bonk, Ghouls 'n Ghosts, etc. Not sure why Donkey Kong didn't appeal to me. But RARE's Diddy Kong racing was an absolute gem! :)
+Pixxel Wizzard Dk 64 was not a platformer! It was similar to super Mario 64. Try it!!! (Also I agree, love diddy kong racing)
+PPPianist We'll have to agree to disagree on that point. ;) I loved Mario 64, so I'll take your recommendation and give DK 64 a try.
great job!! amazing !!
you wouldn't happen to have sheet music for this arrangement would you?
THE FEELS :))))
SO many good memories

I found a hidden gem. Turns out it was this channel.

Sad K. Lumsy please, that would be a masterpiece!
How long does it take you to learn/play pieces like these, because you just uploaded the Witcher one yesterday! I ask all of that to say: this was fantastic :D
I played around with it for about 30 minutes this morning before recording it :)
+PPPianist Now I have to step my piano game up. lol
+Art by Atlas lol keep in mind though, that's after many years of training and practice.
This makes me want to tryna learn paino. Again :/
Are you a fan of the Donkey Kong Country trilogy? I feel like you could do great covers of the songs in those games.
duh! Maybe aquatic ambience?
That would be perfect! I also think In a Snowbound Land would be great too :)
Trying to convince my fiancee to use this as her walking down the isle music when we get married. She doesn't know what its from yet.
@@JamminJami91 Unfortunately couldn't convince her. She liked the song but wanted a more traditional song to walk down the isle to.
You are so amazing. This brings back such memories!! Keep it up!! i r8 8/8 no h8
+imAfRoToAd thank you!!! I loveeeee this game
M8 that's gr8 8/8
