I just came across this video and needed to replace staples and magnets. I called Sunburst Shutters and they were willing to send out the replacement staples, but not the magnets, at least not for free. Since I live 15 minutes from their location I drove down and got 10 staples and 20 magnets (yes 20) at no charge. These guys are the best! Thank you Sunburst!
Thank you very much for a great video and most of all for sending us the staples at no cost! We fixed our shutters over the weekend following your instructions. It was as easy and now they are working better than ever. Again, a thousand thanks.
Hi ...I am wondering how to remove the broken pins ...it is broken fro. the middle so one part stayed in the bar and the other one in shutter? also from where can I buy the pins? thanks for the great help
Hi Mohammed. Breaking off the staples in the tilt rod is a hassle. I usually grind a sharp points on a new staple and insert it right next to the staple leg that broke off. Feel free to call any time and we can discuss. Thanks, George
Hi Chris. Sounds like your shutters are hollow vinyl. We do not carry parts for those shutters, but you should have some luck finding a manufacturer in your area. Feel free to call and we can find a solution for you. Thanks, George
If the staples are in the Polywood shutters they are very difficult to remove as the Polywood almost melts around the staples upon insertion from the factory. Wood shutter staples are glued in but both wood and Polywood staples are easily replaced should they come loose.
Nice pre-roll…! Thank you for bringing the local TV advertising feeling to TH-cam … y’all trying and I appreciate it!
Please don’t ever change

I need at least 20 staples for my sunburst vinyl window. I live in the City of Stanton. Orange County California.
I miss TH-cam 10 years ago when it was mostly just amateur style how to videos...
MIne do not have staples. They have plastic T-pins and connectors. Do you have/sell those? Thanks.

My shutters are joined to the rod by a plastic strip not a staple and all have broken.

For $10k in total spend on Sunburst Shutters you’d think in 40-years they’d have a better design than cheap staples.
