This song is my absolute favourite! The entire Code Geass soundtrack is amazing, from the openings to the OSTs to the character songs. But music aside the anime is also a masterpiece, definitely check it out!
Let me start by saying you should definitely watch Code Geass. It is a masterpiece. You won't regret it! Lelouch dedicates this song to his younger sister whom he loves more than anyone in the world. He and his sister, Nunnally, have both been subject to cruel environments in their childhood, thus Nunnally wishes the world were a kinder place. With that, Lelouch vows to destroy the cruel world and create a new one. "Destroy the world for you" and "change the world for you" depict this vow and that he will grant his sister's wish. Then "I want to increase the things/places you want to see/go to." There is another special line, "as long as a day will come where you can look back at me"; Lelouch's sister is blind.
