  • Chicken salad can be made a million different ways, but this is my classic, the one I come back to again and again.
    It’s one of the few savory, healthy foods that doesn’t need to be eaten warm, so it can be packed for lunch, picnics,etc ...
    Also, if you’re the type of person who needs to keep healthy, ready-to-eat dishes in your fridge in order to stay healthy. If you are on Diet this recipe is for you
    Ingredients
    Chicken breast ( you can put as much as you want )
    2 large avocado 🥑
    1 fresh tomato 🍅
    1/2 cucumber 🥒
    1 carrot 🥕
    1/4 onion
    1 Lettuce 🥬
    Dressing
    1 fresh lemon 🍋
    Olive oil
    Black pepper
    Salt 🧂
