在通往food court和魚檔的入口，有一對local 人夫婦買海鮮，鋪面簡潔乾淨，他們賣的海鮮種類不多但有即開生蠔及煮熟了的麵包蟹賣，一般有兩款生蠔，但係超級好味，性價比高，你下次再去記得一定一定要試吓🫰🫰很有水準的！👍

上次去Leeds都有飲珍珠奶茶, 正~ 當日淨係得一個女店員, 傾左幾句, 佢話老細會去睇MIRROR😂之後仲去左一間香港人開嘅舖頭買貓貓精品同畫, 好靚. 最後買左兩個就嚟過期嘅日本杯麵, 後悔無買多幾個, 因為湯底真係好好飲. 當然唔少得去海鮮檔搵靚仔店員買嘢啦~~ 越南菜果間真係幾好食, 我地第一次去Leeds已經幫襯.
兩三個月前第一次試，男仔店員沖完之後比我試飲，問我啱唔啱味，話可以凍啲定甜啲都得。我話正，先比我😂😂服務好周到🥰

想要買到好海鲜, 真不意, 有兩個地方應該是幾好的, 因為很多海産都是由這裏供應, Aberdeen, Scarborough. 除左南下養蠔區除外.
True True.. Leeds 真係叫多，Sheffield 得一、兩檔。Birmingham 個market 比較污糟和臭。魚肉都係腍和散，唔係我地食開游水既質感😢
試下零晨4至5點去 Scarborough 碼頭，看看還有沒有新鮮海鲜買，不過最好問下當地人，這裹還有沒有做？
因為很久沒去了，弟二想食好味羊肉或牛肉，芝士， 試下去North Wale, D 農場問問，因為這裹是全英国最靚草原。
第一檔魚檔近則門，其實係有牛/豬肚，栢葉和豬腸買的，可能妳去到已經買哂，所以無介紹！

哈哈😂，魚檔啲魚冰鮮然後溶返再賣，我都係第一次聽到有人咁講，如果真係咁個檔主肯定俾人告到甩褲，唔識唔好亂講呀！害死人架！
It is true.. why? this is the way they store and transport fish to whole UK
they don’t sell swimming fish.. this is their normal practise .
Coz UK is big. And the European concept is that the bacteria will be killed via freezing .. therefore they think it is the best way to handle this . 英國大，無可口非既

There is some chilling fish though, for those deluxe flight order of those premium supermarkets/ brand . which makes the price a huge difference ..

@@yourKitMak I am running a relative business not poissonnerie, I touch the fresh seafood very often such at Sebastes,Merlu,Daurade,Homard,Coquillages...etc., In UK it have a lot of Michelin star restaurant, they don't use poissons surgelés to service their guests, in your video the poissonnerie they sell fresh seafood not deep freeze. Check Google you will know more how they run.

Indeed, the fish I was talking about were really freezing like hard stones. They cut their heads off and inserted into ice. Unluckily, I did not shoot the fishes that I mentioned.
Would you please tell me why the fish that we always have in some local wet markets, the flesh are so loose and no taste at all? Like Turbot, grouper in Birmingham wet market and the Cod fins bought in Sheffield, they were always disappointing, especially the Cod fins, I could even taste some after-taste. Seems they were being handled or soaked in some liquid that make the fish lost all the taste and fat but only left the chewy texture. It did not seems they are in fresh condition.
Can you tell me why there are such difference?

I am a commercial person. 90% work are commercials in Hk and I did them well in these many years .. my clients all are big brands and top agencies. The commercials I did and am doing are always with big posters and advertisements with my image and face everywhere., recently in my clients’webs or social media too.. I am quite proud though.
I Never and NEED NOT take advantages of 小店.
