Ish is wrong about buying and selling property. I sold my condo last year and I knew every person who looked at it. I sat in my car while they viewed the property. People can put in an offer on your property and you can reject the offer. In a perfect world maybe not but in this current world... Also, I was just told by a realtor that they didn't want to show me a property unless I was pre-approved. Like really i cant even look at it. There are plenty of ways real estate can attempt to block people for whatever reason. Ish trippin

As a realtor I believe that Ish is speaking from an investors POV. Discrimination still happens even with the Fair Housing Law if 1968. And also every state is different. He speaks in absolutes just bc he has experience as investor. Not every state uses an attorney for a real estate transaction. you have Deed and Lien states. Some homes are sold by owners so they can inadvertently discriminate.
