I’ll keep my mountain views where I see moose more days than not along with other wildlife. The problem with many of these homes is access. Anchorage hill side routinely gets winds over 70-80 MPH. If you live in many of these places and need serious medical work be prepared to be flown to a real hospital.
The only problem with these homes, and they all have it, is that they're all by water, so none of them will survive rising sea levels 😢
My favorite was #5, the 6233 Cliff Point Rd home. What incredible views from there!
