Everyone I’ve tried to get into ASMR either think it’s sexual like porn or it makes them feel really, like, super uncomfortable/misophonic. I’m so sad more people can’t enjoy this glorious medium. Literally none of my friends can stand it or laugh at me for enjoying it, but these people have no idea, NO IDEA how you and many other artists have impacted my life and allowed me to sleep soundly AS WELL as experience the tingles. Magic you are amazing. ❤️
Honestly, first time I encountered ASMR as community was over a bubble wrap DIY linking Emma for reasons. And then I sat there listening to a woman gentle stroking a piece of bubble wrap for me and it was hella weird. But somehow I kept coming back. I mean there is a lot of weird stuff (like along the lines of Sassy alien princess who kidnapped you does your hair) in the ASMR community and a lot of straight up sexualised stuff and I guess if you venture there, already weird content (don't get me wrong, I love ASMR, just saying that some person gently removing slime from silicone ears or something isn't exactly something I ever expected to find on the internet) gets very questionable very fast. So I get it that some people don't get it, but I'm also glad that ASMR is gaining more and more recognition, because it's a wonderful thing and I think people could benefit from it regardless of if they experience tingles.

I watch asmr to keep my head occupied while I'm drifting to sleep because when I don't listen to asmr, I get really scary thoughts for example about death or universe it may sound very weird but these thoughts sent my mind to extreme panic mode, when I listen to asmr I don't get these thoughts so thank you to all the great asmr youtubers out there! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic, thank you. So many tingles by the 7:00 mark if felt like my head was 'bleeding' tingles, then traveled down my spine and legs. This is a big deal for me. I have #CRPS, a horrible chronic pain condition; the touch of a sheet on my leg is unbearable...so it takes me a very long time to get comfortable enough to get to sleep every night, about 3 hours. This is helping me in a way that even my sedative medications aren't. I truly appreciate the time you all put into this, because it helps. It really does.

This is the first asmr video I ever watched. I remember like 7 or 8 months ago I typed in “satisfying sounds for sleep” because all the satisfying videos I found I had to watch to get tired. But then this popped up and I’ve watched it at least 10 times since then. Then I saw a bunch of your videos that said “‘no talking” and never clicked them because your voice was my favorite part
LOVED the sounds that the blue exercise thing made, very tingly! The seahorse made some very interesting but amazing sounds. And of course one of my all time favorites is just the brushing of the furry fabric, puts me right to sleep 😴 😍❤️

I understand! I've ended up on the wrong side of youtube a few times 😅 Now I'm happy I've found a few good channels to follow and enjoy asmr.
