I do that a lot when I find myself having some anxious moment or what I call a depressive crisis, moments when everything is horrible and impossible etc ... Or when I'm paranoid about something, angry for no reason. ASMR helps calm that down
This also really helped me with anxiety, depression, and school a lot is happening in my life right now and it just feels great to be able to talk about and write it all down. I love the asmr community cause it really helps. When ever I feel stressed or anything I will just watch asmr and it really helps I have gotten a lot of support for the past with a lot of people and it’s so nice to see all of the great people out there who support Thank You 😊
