hey girl- I just loved the video!😉 You are such an inspiration to me☺ Always enjoying seeing Reese- she is just so darn cute😊 So good that you are teaching her to help you🤗 Love the decorating to - the pic of your grandparents is very nice. Y'all have a blessed weekend🥰
Hi Lauren....thanks for the visit. I love all your ideas in decorating and in the kitchen. I didn't know about the brown sugar.....pressing it down right now. Lol 👍. I love your little helper. It's Saturday morning as I watch this. Hope your weekend is a good one. God Bless❤
Thank you so much for watching and glad you found that tip helpful! If your brown sugar gets hard or clumpy another viewer reminded me you can also add a piece of bread to the container and it will become stale while leaving your brown sugar softer! Fun little trick! Thanks again, see you again soon! ❤️
My precious Sarah, first l hope you are feeling much better. What a sweet message Lisa! I’ll forward along to Sarah as this comment was left on my channel instead of hers. Thanks for popping over and watching. ❤️
HAPPY FRIDAY! Love Sarah and her family. Love your little helper. I do understand about being tired lately, I think because winter has not really been winter*you know what I mean*. Absolutely, I have to clean our window sills; Tomorrow we have a contractor coming to do some updates in the kitchen and main bathroom. Nice decor. Enjoy your weekend. STTB*SHARED TO THE BURGH*Pittsburgh PA
Another not so fun chore is cleaning those windows but the final result is always so fresh! Thank you so much for watching! Have fun with your kitchen/bath updates! How exciting!! 🤗😊
Loved this inspiration 🤩 I’m new to your channel and very much loving your content🤍 Also brown sugar tip: a few big marshmallows Keeps the sugar very soft😄
Aha yes, marshmallows! I’ve seen bread before too but I like the idea of marshmallows better for some reason. Thanks for sharing! And I’m so glad to hear you’re enjoy my channel, welcome! ❤️🥰
Grandma always kept a slice of bread in with her brown sugar. It kept the sugar moist and soft. If you have lumps of brown sugar throw a slice of bread into the container. 😊
Yes, thank you, I remember grandma doing that trick too, does work! And it’s crackers for salt right? To keep it from clumping? 🤔 I must use up my sugar too quickly because I usually don’t have the problem 😆
I am a new subscriber and I am enjoying your videos so much. I really like your open pantry! Where did you get those giant glass jars for the brown sugar and flour?
Thank you so much, that means so much to me! Glad you’re here! My big glass jars are from Walmart. I’ve had them for a long time but I think they still sell something similar!
I just power washed all my loose first floor rugs. I don’t shampoo mine. No rug machine gets all the soap out. Residual soap left in the carpet is the reason that rugs get dirty again so soon. I bought a pile refresher rake from Amazon to use after they dry. Works great and they are so clean and smell so nice because I dry them outdoors in the sun.
That is a great idea… (adding “power wash rugs” to my nesting list for spring!) 😂 And I bought a fabric trimmer thing but I think I need one like you’re describing instead. Thanks for the great tips! Hope to see you back here again soon ❤️
Lol I’d test a small area first maybe 🤷♀️ I actually bought it from a small local shop and customized the fabric. The tag says Mayo. I’ve taken all the covers off the cushions and soaked them and machine washed. I don’t think I’ve ever put them in the dryer though. 🤔 They are a bit of a pain to get back on each cushion since they fit so snugly but it’s so nice when they’re all fresh! With small kids though, I kind of wish the frame fabric was also washable (after 7 years with it 😅)! I’d stick with cold water and air drying to be on the safe side
Your voice is very relaxing! ❤
I’m so glad you feel that way, I honestly laugh when people tell me that! I guess we all just don’t like the sound of our own voice 😂😅
Lauren, I am so happy we collaborated, and have become friends! You’re the Sweetest!🥰😍
Right back at you Sarah! ❤️🥰
Beautiful video. Consider a mattress pad cover. Apologies if I missed it. 😊
Thank you! I do have a mattress pad cover, they’re amazing! I just pulled it all up at once I guess in this video. Thanks for watching
You are so gracious. Keep up the beautiful work!
Love your open pantry. Functional yet looks great!
Thank you so much! It’s always so nice when it’s freshened up a bit! And yes, functional is a must! Thanks for watching!
Oooo the “veggie chest” could be a cute toy chest or a bedding/blanket holder! So cute!
Absolutely! Great ideas! I brainstormed on it for nearly every room in my house! 😂 It was just too cute!

Where are the large glass pantry containers from?
Hey! I originally got those from Walmart years ago, I still see them from time to time! If I can ever find a link again I’ll share!

Your couch looks like mine ! Did you say you have washed the covers? May I ask what brand it is before make a big boo boo 😂?
