In Sherpa language “Tsho” means Lake, and “Rolpa” as a Rolwaling valley is located at an altitude of 4580M in the Dolakha district. It is also believed that the lake has grown considerable over the last 5 decades due to the glacial melting or Global warming in the Himalayas.

There are no specific hard rules for Indian, you just need to carry your ID Card, Need to take Permit or entry fee at the Gaurishankar Conservation Area Project office at Chet Chet or if you take the one from the Kathmandu it will be much easier later.

Raj khadka, yes the expenses can be covered by 8k to 10k if you spend wisely, however if your going solo then might be little expensive because you need to pay the bill of the room alone also always carry additionalmoney if anything happens you can cover with it.
Moreover there is the contact number of each hotel we stayed, you can contact them once to know the current price of food and lodging as well.
Best of luck for your journey !!
