baru lepas tengok video ni En Afiq. Banyak point dan flow untuk close sales. 1st kena faham masalah client macamana 2nd apa expectation / hasil yang client nak kalau masalah tu dapat diselesaikan 3rd tanya client apa yang dia perlukan untuk selesaikan masalah / achieve goals yang dia nak 4th berikan solution dan clarify semula dengan client sama ada cara tu boleh bantu untuk capai target. kalau client tak dapat solution apa kesannya nanti. lepastu baru bagi solution dan commitment Cara ni lebih sesuai untuk servis dan big company. cara ni ambil masa juga untuk close sales. Kalau untuk peniaga kecil macam mana ya En Afiq?
Sama boleh apply untuk small company sebenanrnye. Kalau buat product based pakai konsep yg sama dan scripted kan flow dia. Lepas tu kita buat benda sama dan adjust script along the way. Untuk close sales few times terawal mmg akan ambil masa sbb kita mmg nak tahu thought process apa.
