Awesome guided meditation & talk. My default i ignore my body for the most part while meditating so the guidance & instructions on relaxing the body were specifically helpful. I actually think this is a good guided meditation to do every morning…. Thank you Gil

    Summary:
    - Gil emphasizes that the goal of mindfulness meditation, particularly mindfulness of breathing, is not to perfect focus but to illuminate the distractions and busyness of the mind, revealing underlying stress and tension.
    - Relaxation is highlighted as a key component of meditation, reducing stress and thereby diminishing distractibility. This approach inverses the common understanding, advocating for stress reduction through increased mindfulness rather than using mindfulness solely as a tool for stress reduction.
    - Gil suggests adopting a meditation posture that balances relaxation and alertness, advocating for a seated position that promotes both physical ease and attentive presence.
    - The process of meditation involves gentle awareness of breathing, encouraging relaxation with each exhale to foster a deeper connection to the present moment and reduce bodily and mental tension.
    - Gil underscores the simplicity of mindfulness practice, focusing on present-moment awareness without judgment or complication, and suggests practical ways to integrate mindfulness into daily life for stress reduction and enhanced awareness.
    Thank you Gil. 🙏

Pity no playlist to listen in order, everything dumped in one album with NINE HUNDRED AND SIXTY EIGHT videos or is it the FIVE HUNDRED AND SIXTY FIVE playlist or, is it the SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIVE playlist? And no connected titles either to find video ONE of any series let alone this series of '25'. I challenge anyone to find all 25 in order in same playlist! No wonder this channel is not attracting serious Meditators.
What a lazy effort and disservice to all these wonderful teachers and to us who are blessed to hear, whomever is responsible for doing this.

You could volunteer to do it. IMC is 100% volunteer. I disagree - IMC has wonderful serious meditators - so many incredible meditators for me to learn from - I am so grateful
