To call that a penalty is totally wrong in many reasons, 1. The ball is too close to the player, who has no time to remove the hands. So it can be called ball to hand. 2. The player is even trying to hide the hands and face from the ball which is too close to him. So it's not a hand ball. 3. The hands are not too far from the body of the play who is also trying to defend the ball. Come on lads, we all have hands. 4. The ball wasn't changed the direction by the hand or neither was it stopped. 5. When there is a hand ball, it should be obvious that everyone sees it, not looking for it like yesterday.
