Machine learning is quickly becoming a powerful tool for solving complex modeling problems across a broad range of industries. what do you think, PCA or other feature selection methods would have identified the same features as NCA?

My question is the following: how to divide the data into the train & validation sets equlibrizing them, i.e. performing a preliminary stratification. What's the command and/or option in the menue serves for that in the case of cross-validation and holdout? Thank you very much
