Hi ... I used light thickened cream but it didn't form a beak after beating it .. it hardly became thick. Do you know why? I tried several brands but had the same result: liquidy cream!!😞

Try refrigerating all purpose cream then use it
You're using the wrong cream. Its called double cream or whipping cream

I didn’t even know there was such. Thing as biscoff spread. I’m not sure if I can purchase it in the USA.
My grocery stores carry it, I'm in Michigan and both out Kroger and Meijer carry the spread as well as several specialty store by me
