I think $1500 for 30 days is great. Because that's $50 a night. A good hotel would be from $89-$159 in American money. I'd rent a place like this

Nice Apartments and it would be great if these apartments can be rented long term if a person wanted to stay 6 months or longer if possible with a negotiated reasonable monthly pruce Or perhaps you may have some other apartments that ban be lived in for long periods of time Thank you
