Just another comment, it would be great if you had a whole show for must have cleaning hacks for seniors. When I was younger I never even thought about what seniors with different ailments have to go through to get cleaning done. It would be great if you could find hacks for seniors; who knows, it would probably be great for younger ages as well.
Love the large yoga mat, but it is to thin for senior citizens (especially with knee problems like me). It would be nice if we could get a big thick exercise mat.

Okay I've got one request normally I can do like Pilates Core workouts and stuff like that but what I want to get back into is a military setups and push-ups and running and all that but the huge problem is is that my back won't allow it and I need a huge cushion to work out on so I can exercise my core muscles in my back and in my front but an inch to an inch and a half fome PLEAAAaaaaaaszssssssssseeee HELP
Follow your Dr. recommendations. I do have core workout videos on my fitness channel, but I'm not a licensed medical professional so I cannot recommend specific exercises for your needs based on your specific limitations. 🙏🏼

So how do we wash the sports bra pads?
Handwash is what I do and sometimes I wash them on the delicate cycle and air dry😊
