    Love your workouts !! They helped me lose about 15kgs two years ago and also made me love woking out !! I'm going back to these today because i've got just a few kgs to lose and i just know nothing works better for me than doing your videos 4 to 5 times a week for a few weeks 🔥🔥

    I really love the HIIT Tabata workout with the 4 rounds of 20 seconds. I feel like it's not to long until Claudia says 'And 3,2, 1' Thanks guys!

    I LOVE These workouts and especially these two team members!!! It helps when he mentions how to breathe or break at the hips. I love when Claudia counts down because it motivates to know I can stick it out!! I'll be 54 this week and I tell everybody about HASfit! I work at an elementary school with a real focus on wellness.     This was my first tabata workout,, loved it! 20 seconds is a perfect amount of time to feel like I'm just getting started every time, the workout flew by! 6 stroller miles this morning and I earned my protein shake 😁

    Guys, i LOVE you!!!!!
    I've been struggling with strengh training for YEARS, never got the hang of it and only did it when I had to. I've been working out with you for only ONE WEEK and feel so much better already! My back pain is gone and I just managed my first push up EVER :D With Claudia's modifications, there's really no excuse for not trying! Never thought I could enjoy working out :) Greetings from Germany and a big THANK YOU!!! Can't wait to see what my progress will be like in the weeks to come!

      HASfit I LOVED it! Flew by but worked me so hard. Going to be a regular favourite. Thank you :)
      I really struggled to keep my balance in the lawnmower movement. I either had to do it so slowly that my heart rate came down, which defeats the object of doing HIIT, or I lost form and was falling over. Any tips as to how to keep my balance better in dynamic movements like that? I do yoga every day which has improved my balance enormously, but I have instability in my knee joints and tiny feet for my height, so my balance is about as good as it's going to get. Thanks in advance for any help you can give

    Okay coach, can I just tell you that I LOVE your workouts! I started with your beginner weight training videos and have moved into your HIIT videos and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them! Yes, I do curse you out sometimes but it doesn't stop me from coming back day after day to continue your workouts. I have a post baby body that I'm training to get in check. I started weight watchers and have lost about 25 pounds, I weigh less now then I did before the baby, but I need to get strong! I've told the WW connect ppl about you. My coworker and I are your walking build boards! Thank you for all you do! Thank you Claudia for your modified versions! You both make a GREAT team and a beautiful family!! I've been working out with you guys since May when I started my weight loss. One question: why are my knees hurting? Bad posture?
