That 2nd skill with enhanced basic attack can outplay anyone who is cocky,thinking that Minsi is all skill,and basic attacks are just a last resort before getting destroyed.

Literally that yin is nub user. A pro yin user will try to give some damage after that he will try to ulti n then game over. That yin is literally a nub.
