    After all these years on TH-cam yoga videos I finally found a fantastic yoga class for my IT bands. I have chronic issues with them, and this simple but highly effective sequence here was just what I needed. Thank you so much for sharing this knowledge with us.

    I didn't have the 2nd band, but this was SO GOOD and exactly what I needed, especially combined with the Psoas class from Yoga with Adriene.

    Dr. Ariele, would you put something together for knee pain? I did not see anything specific to this body part.
