I traveled in August/September things could have changed since then. When I went you had to bring either proof of full vaccination or a negative PCR or Antigen test. To get into restaurants, museums etc you need to have a pass sanitaire. Showing my CDC card always worked, but if you dont have that, you will have to get tested at a pharmacy for €25 to get a QR code pass sanitaire. It is only valid for 3 days. On the way back to the US I had to present a negative test even if I am vaccinated. Hope this helps 😊
