Super lovely! Wonderful colors!! Please more snow scenes?? From New Hampshire, lol. I am a leftie also and really enjoy and can appreciate your painting. You are so easy to follow along with and explain everything that you are doing. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you fellow leftie! I am so glad my work is easy to follow. After years of painting much is just instinct, but good to know it is helpful to people, as I love to teach. Did you see my two recent snow scene videos?
Hi Patricia, I enjoyed your video a lot💐. Thank you so much for showing and explaining how you did this beautiful scene😍. Love that you are using a spong too. I am so happy I also have some and use them of course :). Greetings from Bavaria/Germany - Beatrix
@Patricia Allingham Carlson, well actually I don't have. I use it in the same way you do. I wet the sponge and squeeze it afterward very much so that it is only damp. And I watch out that the color I use is not too watery or I squeeze it again a bit. I do not want to have puddles on my paper. And like you I use the sponge from bright colors to darker ones. So I think I use it quite in the same way as you. I'm painting bushes and trees with it, like you. And I love it. Thank you so very much for your lovely response, Patricia🤗❤️⚘️. I'm so happy about it. I'm a beginner at landscape painting, also use watercolors. And I loooove it. Wishing you a beautiful rest Sunday. Take care dear Patricia and God bless you. And familiar, as I lived down the street from the canal in Rocky Hill
So beautiful!
Thank you! 😊, thanks for writing!

Thank you for the kind words, and for writing! I think your area of the world is very beautiful. Do you have and tips to share about sponge use?
