Monoblock Water Pump Servicing | Replacing of Non-return Valve to Avoid Vacuum Leaking in Pumps

- A common problem occur in mono-block water pump is that it is running but there is no water coming out or lifting. To rectify this problem be have to follow these steps:-
1. Turn power to pump off.
2. Open the nut from the top of pump which is using for pouring of water to rectify air trapping problem in pump..
3. Pour water into pump until water fills pump housing.
4. Turn power on of the pump and block.
5. Open faucet or hose bib at pump to bleed air from system
If your pump not lifting water, this may due to leaking of non-returning or check valve in monoblock. Please watch this video to solve this problem and to have idea about how to change non-returning valve in monoblock water pump.

Airlock can be remove by lossing of 1/2 " screw at top side of monoblock

if we remove check value from water motor is there any problem for water motor
Check valve in pump work as a non return valve. When your motor is not working then water in pipeline will return and pump block need priming for lifting water

Apke Pani mai salt contant Jada ho sakta hai jise NRV ka spring tension and valve seating area per particals deposit ho jate ho. Aur iska solution ye hai ki aap NRV main SS ka spring laga de and valve seating area ko time to time clear ker dain

@@Guideuncle I get Anabond Cyno 555M. Can it be correct for pump casings to air tight pack. My doubt is sir you used paste but this 555M anabond is liquid type & it is written it instantly adhesive gum. Please kindly answer. In case of reopening pump casings may be it sticks permanently & never open & if beaten by hammer it may broken permanently become waste

Actually check valve pressure building nahi karta hai iska kaam kebal non returning the fluid hai pressure building uski impeller and bush change karna padega
