It's a great coverage. Vasant Oasis was the first to bring luxury in Andheri East and has its share of troubles but again which society does not. Also cover Emerald Isle it's near to Powai and has out of the world infrastructure inside with beautiful pool view for each apartment some of them have Powai Lake view too.
This home feels too 'OFF'... The spaces feel compromised.. - The living room looks like it was made for pink unicorns. - The bar area is too opinionated. - The library feels claustrophobic. - The girl's room should have a balcony to dry private clothes but she has to hang it in the balcony next to the dining room. Not enough privacy given to anyone here. - The bed rooms and library could have been bigger and the halls smaller, giving room for private balconies in each room. These are the spaces that MATTER the most everyday. But the builder decided to reserve as much space for GUESTS who come once in a bluemoon. I dont know why people who studied this profession of building homes think so poorly. May be its a college drop out. And the price... lol
100% the owner of this flat is a Punjabi. only they can choose such loud and flamboyant interiors. honestly did not like the layout and the bedrooms are not very spacious. its like you would bang into some piece of furniture everywhere in the house.
I only thought interiors of houses in Delhi/NCR used to be loud & gaudy, but this is another level, don't know who they hired for interiors but it's pathetic selection & execution.

Andheri East.. 2400 Sq Ft should not be more than 4 to 5Cr. Even if you add 2Cr for interiors.... It should be priced at 6 to 7Cr.
