El Malpais National Monument

Views of El Malpais National Monument in Grants, New Mexico. The Spanish explorers named this land "the badlands" as it's made up of volcanic rock and sandstone cliffs. El Malpais is a surprisingly large park about an hour west of Albuquerque.
