@@akfasso ya, unfortunately. Where you stopped is about 3/4 of the way to the end. Had you continued to follow the larger main stream (not the section with the water fall) you would have come across a large scrabble of rocks that has fallen to what appear to have blocked the slot canyon. If you had scrabbled your way up and over it would would have come to the end of the canyon which has a small pond and sheer walls all the eay around and is gorgeous.

Amazing! Box Canyon Trail looks very inviting, as does Dream Valley trail.

There’s a far easier way into Bisti badlands on a paved road, but longer drive from the east. It off NM-371.
