- This OTA was great! Lockjaw can now rotate multiple times a turn again and viper feels in a much better spot. Today we are focusing on Lockjaw. Being able to focus on big bodies on the board while also impacting each lane for huge potential swings. Let's head to the casino!

is it worth now to open the spotlight these week for brb and ajax? i was skipping, but i'm scared that this deck will climb back the meta and become top tier once again like a year ago, what do you think?
Nice, this deck always seemed so fun to me and I was able to get Bill with only one key! I don't think I'll spend more to get Ajax.

I had some spare keys, decided to try one cache since Ajax could be fun and I didn't had Bill and missed a few of the last cards (I was away from the game for a while)
Got Bill, rushed to try Thor(s) decks. After a weekend of trying a variety of decks i came to the conclusion I can't play this deck. It doesn't look hard, so I might be the problem. Them I came to the conclusion that i might have difficulty to play Snap and that's why I stopped the first time.

I’ve literally been checking my shop every day for over 8 months hoping that lockjaw variant in the thumbnail will pop up in my shop after not having the gold when it first came out. That variant especially reminds me of my dog. I have made sure to have at least 1200 gold ever since but it never shows up and I feel with all album variants taking up most my shop space it never will 😢 Hipp lockjaw it is I guess

good old list, the once per turn con lifted is not really broken for Lockjaw's innate nature, I think he's gonna bring some fresh air. Love your content and keep it up

I really wanted Beta Ray Bill since release but could not justify getting him due to resources. Right now with the lockjaw buff and with him still in spotlight, is he worth getting with keys along with ajax?
I don’t see Ajax being worth it right now
Right now the only big thing I see for ajax is in a good cards pile w/ hazmat + him on T6/7. Nothing that has broken him wide open, but he is typically able to win whatever lane he is played in.

If I remember correctly I had initiative so my vision moved first.
Afterwards they moved their nocturn first and then their jeff so jeff got hit. Had they moved jeff and then nocturne he wouldn't have been impacted!

Jealous how confidently you snap so early. When I do that I lose cubes by the fleet. I can have massive overall power and out come the shangs, darkhawks and Blobs... I went from 88 to 79 today..
I take plenty of 2 and 4 cube loses along the way! It's just about reading the enemy lines. However if I start losing or am feeling a bit off/frustrated I hold all snaps no matter how confident I am until I get a few wins under my belt.
The deck I put together before this was a lockjaw pixie and either bad draw/better opponent deck/or bad rng crushed me several times. It's just shaking it off and staying level!
@@TLSGMarvelSnap yeah I have to admit I sometimes am curious as to how it plays out, also to learn from it... but it hurts sometimes :)

I was having some trouble too. I haven’t played since the OTA today but yesterday I was doing quite well with this against Arishem in most games:

Something I think that could be nice to see is one or two losses with a deck, just so we can see some of its potential weaknesses and try to figure out how to overcome them
There's a loss in this video. Typically the boring ones I'll skip (retreats for 1) but it could be a nice brief touch point for a talk about a decks weaknesses. I just need to find a way to fit it in!

A deck where you begin with 4 card 6 in your hand, than you draw the 2 five cost, and turn 4 and 5 you are spiderham and wasp... The deck brick to easily.

Yes, but with lockjaw to work well you don't want many lowball targets to hit. You want to control your rng outcomes as much as possible. If you get a bricked hand retreat for one and fight another day.
I tried a version that ran a few smaller pieces and psylock as an early enabler and found the rotation inconsistency was to large to justify it.
I should've realised "Casino" meant "you'd better PRAY you get good hands before turn 3 or you're getting fodderized by any other deck out there"

Even playing out on 4 can result in decent end game power or you retreat for 1 and fold the bad hands for better ones
been seeing a lot of beta and thor. surprisingly without lockjaw. but they are there giving me their cubes.

He used to be something like infinaut or dracula!
What do I replace Red hulk with?
Regular hulk could be okay. Previous versions used infinaut and sometimes dracula instead of vision!
Is there a good replacement for Red Hulk?
It used to be infinaut. You could also go with just regular hulk as well, but it's a bit smaller on average.

Thanks i had forgot about discard. I remember playing old lockjaw with discard. Lockjaw was so strong with that deck. That change hurt lockjaw discard alot more than thanos.
