I love the clips on the nugget trap bottom cap! A prospecting buddy of mine made me a 3" diameter yabbi pump and all last summer I was using it open ended without a crevice tip. I had to attach a forward gun grip because its too wide to grip when wet and way too heavy when full of water and aggregate. But man oh man, you can fill up a bucket real quick and the suction is crazy :) Only takes 2 pulls to fill up a pan.
Flow and angle are both looking better. U can get those riffles clean with about one percent more angle. Or a smidge more flow. But more flow ur gonna blow some gold out when it's that small. I'm a dream mat master bro. Ur killing it man. And I do still want a pump.. those are nice.
Honestly I think running it flat with flour gold worked better for me lol and right after thanksgiving they will be available they are awesome especially working with bedrock and pockets
should look at your black sands under a microscope for microscopic gold, then you can save em and do a smelt, in southern Ontario I was chasing glacier gold and half was not visible
Is the handle bolted on to the nozzle? I have a bad back and I was thinking that it would be perfect if it had a long handle that I could use to move it around without bending over
I will have a video explaining the inside components here soon because that’s what makes this hand dredge stand out from every other hand dredge out there.
@ I live about 30 minutes from Jefferson City and was considering panning on the Missouri River there, have you ever tried that section? I did get a few micro dots on the Osage about half a mile from my house but very minimal
@@Kylethiemann not on the Osage and I haven’t been farther than the boat ramp on the Missouri in Jefferson City I only have a kayak and the wife is freaked out about me trying a kayak on the Missouri, also I’m a blacksmith by trade and was considering making some hand forged crevice tools I’m thinking about making a video of forging one out of rail spike and putting it on my channel @amw1911
@@Kylethiemann Dont reinvent the wheel. Nomad matting with extended metal on top is still the baseline all other systems are referenced to. Imho nothing better if set up correctly.

I’ll actually check that out today !
One good part about the way you're doing it is when you come back years later or a long time later you might have more gold than them holes
Geter done
I’ll take 5 Nugget Trappers please!
Do you have a permit or anything being on the Missouri River?

@ I haven’t tried that section but there is definitely more to be found. Have you seen any exposed bedrock ?
