Aww this makes me sad 😢 but I understand and respect your decision. If you ever change your mind about law school, I respectfully suggest to apply to all the schools as soon as the applications open, no later, and also to consider applying to schools outside of the T-14s or even 20s. I wish I had your stats, they are good! There are so many acceptances and scholarship money out there with your stats BUT to the right schools! Whatever you choose in the long run, I’m happy for you 💕
The public service law jobs generally come with loan forgiveness. You also get exposure to higher level, higher complexity work earlier in your career. So work a couple years, get your loans wiped out, get exposure to interesting work and reevaluate where you want to go from there. Not so bad and not only for the Patricians among us.
