Tilder Moyo-Karizamimba is a Zimbabwean radio personality who is well known for tackling sensitive social issues. She made a name for herself at Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation (ZBC)'s Radio Zimbabwe where she hosted a no-holds barred Sunday morning talk show which touched on various social issues. Some of the controversial issues that the programme has dealt with include those of satanists, child prostitutes, victims of rape and business people who use juju to enrich themselves. It was a phone-in programme and many a times perpetrators and victims called in airing their views and experiences making it worthwhile for the audiences to tune in. She also presenter of the Popular Tv Music Programme Ezomgido/Mvenge-mvenge on ZBCTV Before she left zbc for greener Pasture

As a mother I cannot bear to think what could have happened to this child… the possible pain and fear this child went through… tete some of these stories I wonder how you cope with them yourself because I’m shattered and distressed after this story….

Given the circumstances of this case,this lady deserved to have been released from prison by the recent amnesty rather than some of those murderers and rapists that benefited from the amnesty and only to get rearrested after a week or so for committing the same offences that landed them in jail to begin with and Zim justice and legal system yakadhakwa,may the powers that be re-evaluate this matter including an investigation into the original case of the missing child which the police initially decided not to investigate for whatever reason.

I am sure akabuda. All female prisoners who had served at least one third of their sentence qualified for the amnesty under Clemency Order Number 1 of 2023. This is a pretty recorded programme which I think was recorded before amnesty.
The law is very stubborn. Mai ava vakatora munhu anga azvivharira mumba akanorohwa and she died because of the injuries sustained during her beating. Her action contributed to the death of the woman. She is guilty. Section 49(a) of the Criminal law (codification and reform) act chapter 9:23

Miscarriage of justice. The reason why this family was arrested is because the perpetrators (couple who stole the baby) are war veterans. How can they do such a crime and boast about it, is it because they had guns? I pray this family will know what happened to their baby.

Missing of children has become a common problem in our country be it in towns or villages.

I am very sympathetic with the family, but I can see how the issue of culpable homicide comes in. If the deceased was not dragged out of the house, would she be dead? She is dragged out and beaten to death by the community. If the deceased was not dragged out of the house, she would probably be alive. The judge would ask, "Who dragged her outside?" The finger would point to the lady now in Prison. Meaning she is now a participant in her death, though she might not have beaten. The question is, who has caused the deceased to die? Those who participated in beating her and those who caused her to be beaten. The moral here is that don’t overreact by beating or participating in mob justice, no matter how hard it is. Or to be seen at the place where this might have happened. It's possible that those that actually caused the death by beating were not arrested. Law can be an ass at times.

Cases like this call for the minister of justice to be fired. This is gross incompetence and abuse of the justice system. It is a failure of the justice system that damages faith in the system.

It's a sad story and its bad that someone died in all of this. The village people should have reported to the police and l believe you would have laid a good case against the folk that stole the child.
