can you explain how you connected to your phone?? because this projector do not have Miracast. wont work with wire unless your phone supports USBC to HDMI and your phone do support picture like Dex.
I seen that you showed there is an update feature via usb..Where do you get an update from? I searched high an low on the goodee website. And dis not see an update page for this model
hello being that it doesnt have wifi, we will not be able to connect a wifi external speaker... then can i then plug in an audio speaker system to tit being that the built in speaker isnt that good ? also how much ansi lumens is it ?
I have shown all honest answers on this video. At 9:30 and it is 2340 lux and not lumens. Now since you asked our honesty and do not believe we are honest, on our review. learn the difference between lux and lumens. And find other reviews.
ANSI lumens? You cannot have the light meter that close to the projector. The meter has to be ON the screen and taken from a number of different spots: Top, bottom, LT, RT, center, LB, RT and then averaged. You could also just put the meter in the center of the screen ON THE WALL SURFACE and that would give you the BRIGHTEST lumens that it is projecting. So if your lumens are 364 at the position you have it it is probably LESS on the screen itself. So LESS THAN 360. I have a Bomaker Parrot 1 and the ANSI lumens here, at least eyeballing it does not seem to get to 300. Less than 300? Most of these projectors are really NOT that bright compared to a $500+ projector which is anywhere from two to four times as bright. The other problems with these reviews is that because the youtube image will be viewed at a much smaller size than the original screen and most reviewers do not calibrate their video settings so the camera compensates by making the image birghter. Few reviews give you a good approximation of actual picture brightness. That said, it's OK, but it is not great. It is adequate in a VERY DARK room. And watchable but mostly washed out in most lit settings. The color and contrast take a big hit there.
thank you for your feed back, you can't keep everyone happy with review. as we mentioned near to the end this was our take. I am sure what you have has less brightness, but how they tell you to test the brightness can be incorrect. also what they advertise is wrong. I have mentioned in the video which i am sure you quickly skipped through and didn't hear me saying max 300 before it goes out of focus, also, dark room is needed as i have shown in the video. I am not sure why you would write about brightness under our video like we didn't cover it. if you want to buy a projector over $500 still not going to get near to optoma or benQ which is around $1300 which gives you proper laser brightness but only up to 1080P MAX resolution. Again we can't keep everyone happy, and it seems you are one of them. alteast we spent time showing readings which the company didn't wanted covered.
I would like to know if the focus is good on all sides and nothing blurry
no blury on any corner. check it out on 05:59 we have covered that part.
Well presented
Glad you liked it
I have the same projector and I tried to connect it to my phone but it didn't work. Can you explain to me how to do that please?

What has been your best choice for projectors not crazy expensive? In regards to size, color and sound

as i have shown at 9:30 the true brightness, it would be good to watch the video total and not just 2 minutes at the start.
Honestly how many lumens would you say it has????
