you're the first and none else. You leave nothing for others to say. I know that so many people among whom are both teachers and learners can benefit from you. They are all really grateful to you. I hope to meet your highness someday.

You are right. Both are correct, but as you have said yourself with different connotations: one's opinion (should), and one's assumption 'must'. 'should' has a softer friendlier connotation.

Prepositions (of, with etc.) and articles (a, an, the) may be basic, but they are quite challenging to use correctly.
The only way to learn and use prepositions is by learning them in context and as part of an expression.
There are some guidelines that can help with the use of articles, and I will soon be doing a lesson on articles.

As 'dare' is not a word we use a lot, I prefer to teach it in expressions such as 'I wouldn't dare tell him.' or 'Don't you dare do that!' And I might then mention that it can also be followed by 'infinitive with to'.

The answer to your second question:
'regret' is usually followed by the gerund: I regret doing / having done something.
'I regret to tell you / inform you etc.' is an expression meaning 'I am sorry to have to tell you / inform you ....'

'Either' is used in a negative sentence. 'Neither' is a negative word used in a positive sentence. Examples:
    I don't know. >>> I don't, either. = Neither do I. = Me neither.
I don't know either John or Tom. = I know neither John nor Tom.
There is more information on these words in my video entitled 'Negative Words'

But these seventeen minutes are rather too long to keep myself focused in the way I could get in all what you have to say, no matter how well you explained it. 'I wish I DID something' means that you you haven't done it yet, and maybe the opportunity is still there.
'I wish I HAD DONE something' means that either the opportunity is not there any more, or now you have done it but possibly it is too late.

It is different because 'to' is part of the verb 'have to' and has changed the meaning of the verb 'have'. I HAVE TO go.
With your other examples. 'to' is part of the verb that follows and does not change the meaning of 'want', 'need' etc.: I WANT to go.

The books i learned English with treat about those differences. But it's always good to have current explanations about 'em!
