Lol basically yes...its quite common for a actor or actresses to play different characters in a soap. But normally its years later!. This happened quite close together.....plus the characters are both similar in personality and appearance so its really silly. It almost like it is Karen!?!? Lol

Germanpanzer778 it isn't uncommon to say to a person "so how old are you?" when in a relationship, unless the age gap is so great that one person does not wish to tell the other. So do your parents not know how old the other is? And your grandparents? It is very common upon meeting to ask a person their age, when I started working my colleges were all "so how old are you?" and I them, it isn't a question of "asking for ID", it's a conversation which often takes place between people upon or shortly after meeting
Chloe Sousa but even if jay had asked how old she is, it would of been easy for her to lie and say she's 18 or something.

The mum In the vid are same actress but playing two roles, first role is Star's mum she's a rival landlord and had a scrap with Linda and Sharon in a darts match episode, producers where impressed with her and chose to cast her as Karen Taylor. This isn't the first time Eastenders have done this they've also done it with Shirley she was once an extra in the 90's before her part as Shirley and kush was originally an extra but viewers liked him and that's how they made his character and led to two of the most saddest moments on the show
