Great install! Do you happen to know pf a kit to clean up my center dash? I don't have AC there, and there's just a hole. I would like to keep the radio. BTW, my K24A2 CRX is running.
These gauges had a 2017 sticker on the back of them. My friend bought the car in early 2020 and they were working fine for him. I've had them sitting since then so we'll see.
Hey man hope you can help, have a 1991 honda civic dx dpfi when I push the break pedal my coolant temp goes up and my lights get really dim the car was backed into the passenger quarter panel, is there wiring back there that could possibly ground? Your the only guy I can think of before I call a pro to fix it
Does it happen when you hit the brake pedal and your car is parked? Or only when the brake pedal actually makes the car slow down during driving? For example, if it only happens while driving, some wires could be moving around, in the same way the front of your car will dip lower when you hit the brakes. If it happens when you're parked, then it seems related to some wires accidentally connected to the brake pedal switch wiring. A short circuit. Try taking out the fuse for the brake lights and see if the coolant temp and lights are still affected. Eliminate things logically, step by step.
I'm having trouble with my ef since when I bought (dseries)it it has trouble starting, then I swapped it (b series) still has trouble starting. New battery/new rywire harness/ new ground cables/ new starter (will crank when jumped)/relay clicks when in crank position ordered a icu thinking maybe it could be the problem. Weird thing is sometimes it will start with key like nothing. is wrong.
Loose connection somewhere. Like a ground thats not one of the main grounds. Maybe a wire between starter and ignition switch is loose or rubbed itself bare and ia grounding out. Like when its hot everything expands and is making contact but when its could everything like wires shrink and pulls away from connections or even the wire itself.
Best gauge on the market to me been using them for years.
You prefer these over aem
Thanks for the shoutout Jon!
Looks nice. I used my radio spot b/c I kept my heat.
I used my left driver side vent for my afr guage then just put an aluminum plate behind it to cover the hole
Our standard version retains the vents!

I hope you do a later update on these gauges. I'd like to see if GS's quality has improved!
I have the oil pressure and water temp in my hatch, no issues in about 5 years! Granted i only drive mine a few thousand miles a summer.

hah i just put glowshift gauges in my accord. I used some pillar pods but modified them to fit on the column
Really cool to see this! Very straightforward install.
👍
Love the videos keep up the hustle bro.
🙏
Awesome videos bro! Just subbed!
Very much appreciated!
Did you connect all the gauges wires (the reds with the reds, yellows with yellows, etc) and consolidated them into one Fuse terminal for each?
Looking nice. I like the idea not to hook them up so they will not dim.
👍
Thank you man for this video
Hope it helped!
Is your factory oil presure sensor above the oil filter
Love you bro

Could be a wiring issue. Also could be a bulb needs replacing. When you hit the brakes the two filaments inside might be touching.
thx
What's the price for those gauges
$90 each
I have the same gauges in my crx and same arrangement, lol
They look pretty nice 👌
@@radelement3987 Yes have been working good for a year now.
where did you get those guage hoods? are they from glowshift?
Yes. They came with the gauges.

What's your fuel pressure with and without the regulator hooked up?
I think fuel is fine because it will run if I clutch start it but the problem is something with the electrical system not cranking
Does it start when its hot outside? Maybe ignition switch but it doesnt seem so
The times it has started it was pretty hot outside

What oil pressure do you read at idle after warm up?
15-20 is normal for these engines.
