Agreed. I think she’s an excellent home cook. I’ve made many of her dishes and if mine came out delicious I could only imagine how hers must have been.
So glad you back. I’ve been watching you for years. So long that this recipe hits home. Kids are grown and gone now and I’m learning how to cook for one or two which has been hard. Thank you you for your knowledge and talent.
It is so nice to see you in another video. About 10 years ago I made your pot roast recipe and up until this very day, whenever one of my four grown children comes home, they ask me to make pot roast If we are having a family gathering, everyone wants me to bring pot roast. I reminded them that I can cook other things but they love "our" pot roast. My youngest son can eat a whole beef by himself if he's not stopped 😂😂😂. Thank you.
There are just 2 of us, and this is what I did last year for Thanksgiving! But I really appreciate seeing how you do it, Miss Chris - thanks for all your helpful tips!! 👏👏👏👍🙋♀️🥰‼️
Oh I’m glad to see you! Missed you lots. Please keep them coming on you tube!, your the best. Love your recipes. Use many over and over. Gonna try this one. Yum. Godbless Chris! You look great!,

Much Detroit love to you we really miss youMs.Chriss🥰👌🏼🥃. I hope that you might make a mint chocolate chip Oreo cream cheesecake 📢🥰🙋🏻♀️,💯👀🎯‼️ happy beautiful fall.
Have a chicken in the deep freezer for months haven't made cause it will be my first time...definitely didn't know anything about a foil tent so happy you shared that 🥰
I sometimes buy a small turkey breast instead of a whole bird because my daughter doesn't care for turkey.... I'll be the only one eating it. This is also a good alternative. She prefers ham, so I cook a small one for her. Your "birds" look delicious -- reminds me of our old school days ☺️!
These look delicious. Not to be a party pooper but I learned the other day that “Cornish game hen” is just a marketing strategy to sell regular meat chickens for a slightly higher cost. Cornish game hens are merely younger birds that aren’t fully grown. They’re slaughtered at a smaller size (and younger age). The meat is usually more tender because it’s a baby. (Think veal. Baby beef).
@@monie2514it’s so sad just cook. You you don’t want to use them, pass on by. I’ve been cooking these all my life. Before there was an internet or a google and I’m 67 years old now. Just go get an Amish hen. Just stop it!

Good to see you're still doing content 😊

Oh Lord here we go. Been watch her for years with no problems.
This is so sweet! Thinking of those who don't have a big family is so considerate. 🫠

How come Cornish chickens are a breed that only grows to that size. The adults only tip the scales at a couple pounds.
It's a beautiful thing when you can see a real living Cornish hen🤔 too many people get off in the comments and don't know what they're talking about
