If she’s your wife and you have a home for her.. isn’t that the man’s right as a Muslim for her to come home to the house that Islam demanded for him to provided for her.. Women talk that rights stuff until its time for them to bend to give husband his rights..

I suggest keeping your respective living quarters; living together at 1 residence, while financially maintaining the other. Have a deadline to revisit moving in with eachother.

Subhan'Allah! The last question from the sister desrcribing the plight of a lot of African American sisters having to work/run businesses to maintain ourselves and our children while seeking marriage is fully loaded and are shared sentiments all over the country!
Brothers truly do need to be more understanding and step it up for the sake of Allah and for our families.

This is why we NEED to start requiring real mahr and being open to travel. Culture and experience can have an affect on how men look at provisions

Why do brothers consistently judge women for not choosing potential? I have only seen men do that when marrying children... there is no shame and should be no negative implications towards women that do not marry for potential. Most women that do that in our communities suffer and often when the husband does make more, she doesn't benefit.... he spends it on himself or additional wives. What was her gain? There's nothing wrong with women protecting themselves especially if that's what they are accustomed to.

dude the roles of sun and moon represent knowledge rules over emotion, the exoteric dogma which you preach is not the true meaning
