I startled awake from a deep slumber, covered in cold sweat, gasping for breath. I looked around. Familiar surroundings. My room. But different. It's dark, of course, but there's something else. Great video! The amount of customization and accessories available for the miyoo mini it's incredible!
For this year, I'm looking forward to what miyoo will be delivering to follow on the success of the mini.
The only handheld I own is an old beaten up Bittboy V3 (the grandfather of the miyoo mini), with several issues that I managed to fix to keep playing (replacing ripped membranes by some taken from a TV remote, reinstalling the micro USB charging port...). For that reason I have a special feeling about this manufacturer.
I love how customizable these little guys are. Anyway, my most looked forward to handheld for the next year is the mythical KT-R1.
I think that is part of their popularity, the customization is fun and lets you make the device your own. I hope I didn't jinx the KT-R1 since the miyoo p60 never happened. 🤣😁

I'm most excited to see what Anbernic does. Because they have had a ton of misses in 2022, and a couple hits (the 353m was solid). I'm guessing we are gonna get more metal handhelds from them in 2023. Which is everything I need!
Really love the final result of the blue one! I think everyone will agree that in some form, we are excited with any new handheld that comes out. But I'm most interested with the upcoming GPD Win 4, looks sleek for a Windows handheld.

I'm looking forward to the GPD Win 4. That keyboard is a very useful utility for adding value to a handheld device other than just playing games. Could even program games from the device with no need to attach a mouse and keyboard. Also the screen size is lovely for my eyeballs.

It's amazing that we have a lot of options to customize our Miyoos. The community here in Japan is really tiny, but still, there are a few creators who provide fancy stuff such as buttons, which is an amazing thing.
The handheld I'm looking forward to is the next generation of the Retroid Pocket series. Maybe Retroid Pocket 4, but I'm not sure what the name will be.

Both technically came out last year. But I just ordered the rg35xx and the rp3+. I’m brand new to handheld gaming, and jumped into the deep end! The AYN Loki seems super interesting, but like a lot of devices last year, it has had a rough pre launch! But it’s got my interest!
The handheld I'm most looking forward to in 2023 is... The Miyoo Mini! I say this because they're still so difficult to come by, I'd like to own every colorway, and I've heard rumors there may be other colors coming in the future. Cheers to 2023!

With how great the Anbernic RG505 and Retroid Pocket 3+ are, I’m excited to see what sort of improvements those to companies make to their respective handhelds by the end of year. I’m also hoping we get confirmation on a Lite or smaller version of the Steam Deck.

I've been wondering about that Miyoo grip case for a while. I'm about to order his Clipshield for my RP3+, so may as well tack it on! I like how it can accept the improved back buttons too.

I really like the form factor of the miyoo mini and the rb35xx. I look forward to seeing them develop software wise. Also I hope there will be a cheap handheld that plays Pico-8 games perfectly. Something that would help lever that platform. I think it’s a really beautiful fantasy system.

The Miyoo P60 for sure, from what I've seen it's the perfect middle ground between a Miyo Mini and a Ayn Odin.
Having a small pocketable PS2/Gamecube emulator would be the dream for me.

Hard to say what I'm looking forward to in 2023. The Miyoo Mini has brought me so much pleasure in 2022 it'll be hard to top. I've had a RP3+ in my shopping cart but didn't pull the trigger. I've stalked the RG353M as well. I'm thinking if I have to choose between SFF and power, I'd choose SFF. I'm waiting for someone to put something in a Nintendo DSi clamshell. The size was perfect, give me smooth Dreamcast and some DOS performance and you got a buyer.

I'm new to handhelds and retro gaming in general looking to get into it this year, mostly I'm looking forward to get a Retroid Pocket 3+ but it seems to be still on preorder. Looks like in this hobby after finding the product that seems right you also need to work through price inflaction and scarsity.

Like and followed. Watching how easy this is to mod is just making my next purchase harder. The price of the miyoo really makes picking other handhelds a difficult choice even without thumb sticks and more console compatibility.
