No actually Spiderman 4 didn't happened due to script it actually got cancelled due to producers exessive interface in work of Spiderman's 3 story by including 3 villians into story and due to which film didn't did well as compared to 1st and 2nd part sam raime didn't wanted this thing to happen with sequal so he dropped that idea
