I don't know if anybody ever doubted that chump ranks in the top 5% IQ range but if the Murloc Holmes plays didn't convince you, nothing will. We stan a genius.
Given hunter's usual struggle for reload I wonder if howdyfin murloc hunter could be a thing, haven't played around with it yet but this has been an inspiration.
Is Sir Finley not just great with this deck? If you have howdyfin down play Finley and add three murlocs as soon as you put cards on the bottom of the deck, then draw the number you put on the bottom.
This video was absurdly fun to watch. It was a little scary that you didn’t put OAB into the deck, but thank goodness you were able to discover one in the first game.
Oh, I miss that one time in which Chump streamed. Of course, if he doesn't feel comfortable doing it that's very valid. However, he was at his cutest that day. Also, we discovered that he has a varied and cool taste in music (Björk, Carly Rae Jepsen, Brand New...).
“Answer, answer, answer, crazy card, crazy combo” “Give me a break dude, cooome ooon” “And it happens that we got fucked” “Get super-super-super-super-super-super penguinosaurus rekt”
@@bird3713 I'm watching it for years and yes, it does - albeit not nearly as fast as it deserves. Chump was sitting at 20-30k subscribers for a long while
For the 3rd game @21:20 There are 30 cards in hand, 12 1 drops. (To note, there are 12 1 cost cards, but you probably wouldn't play gear shift.) To not have a 1 drop on turn 1, you would need to draw only non 1 drop cards, so the remaining 18 cards. In your initial hand that would be 18/30 * 17/29 * 16/28 For your mulligan you would then have to draw 3 more cards, that of which your initial non-1 drop cards are not included: 15/27 * 14/26 * 13/25 Finally, you have to then draw not a 1 drop on turn 1, as we can draw cards from our initial mulligan again the odds are 15/27 Multiply those all together, and the odds of not having a 1 drop on turn 1 hard-mulliganing for such is 1.7369% or 1 out of 57 games. Alternatively if we only use 10 cards (excluding gear shift), this raises the odds of not drawing a 1 drop to 4.11%, or 1 in 24 games; so not horribly unlikely.
I can't be the only one who misunderstood how Howdyfin worked? When Chump played it while having no cards in hand, it didn't just add a Murloc once, it filled the hand until there were 3 cards. And also it triggered off itself, which is something Hearthstone typically refuses to do (see a similar card Underbelly Angler for reference).
You are right to think this is a strange effect, but it isn't unprecedented. It just checks to see if you have at least 3 cards and if you don't it makes sure you do with murlocs. Floating effects like that aren't the norm but it's within the murloc wheelhouse. Triggered minion effects are what the tribe is about.
Honestly rogue has a lot of fun decks that would be pretty damn good but the biggest issue the class faces is lack of big board clears. If you face a dragon druid and they flood board with taunt dragons it's instantly GG.

And I think that "s" on plays is what's incredible!
😂😂😂😂
A child could have guessed that.
Being good at guessing with Murloc Holmes doesn't really convince me someone is good at pattern recognition, no
A similar quiz could be in a 15yo teenager exam, and he would ace it.
You are just below average IQ if you think THAT is only possible for a genius...
Those were some cosmic brain plays with the Murlock Holmes. If I was that death knight I wouldn't even be mad
Idk if you’re just joking haha like those were just the obvious best guesses
@@Begeru🤓
Chump is so good, he can turn a rogue deck into a priest one
And a Death Knight
I'm pretty sure "I don't think there aren't any murlocs that go face" is a one-sentence horror story

Even when you don't put him in your deck, One Amalgam Band will find you
After watching Chump for the last few months this is earily true to this day

My mother was a murloc, so I always appreciate these kinds of decks.
This has got to be one of my favorite chump videos
This has got to be one of my Chump videos!
omg, someone is finally playing howdyfin!!! THANK YOUUUU
Remember when warleader gave health?
Sure I do. Nothing like a dead Finja coming back from the grave, because she pulled 2 Warleaders.
Remember when it buffed enemies, too?
I can't believe it, rogue getting a murloc support
Mill Warrior, Murloc Rogue... we have truly entered the phase of the expansion where Chump starts to cook
“You’re just a bad human…”

Howdyfin triggers before objection which I think is nutty
You should have put murloc Holmes in your deck lol
I wonder if chump considered warlock's murloc package for even more than a second before choosing rogue to feature Howdyfin and Crowd Surfer.
22:12 I laughed so much at this
I really liked your river croc play at the end. What a deck.
6 cards with Murloc Holmes on that first game! WTF!?!
Have you never played it before lol
Why not why not why not why not why not why not why not why not
jajajaj esa primera partida fue una locura
That’s awesome man

Great plays Chump ! Love Your content. Always some fresh and interesting decks! Keep up the good work please !😊

It's not triggering off itself. It's triggering off having less than three cards in hand, just like it says it does.

First game was insane so cool
