Dope to have you into the Pokemon mix my guy, welcome 👊🏽. Few suggestions, your showdown UI looks like doo doo, I'll be real with you. Find out how Joey and Blunder have theirs. The background scenery is not sheist! Showdown should be the focus. The cam is a nice touch, but you would be good without it. Hope to see more from you chief
Definitely entitled to your own opinion and I appreciate your feedback, but I'm not Blunder or Joe so naturally I'm just going to do things differently. If you personally don't like the background that's cool, it goes with my banner and pfp, it isn't overly distracting to where you can't see what's going on, etc. For now it's staying but I'm not completely opposed to doing something different/doing without it later.
Facecam is my thing and always been my thing, me personally I like to see peoples reactions to things so that's always just going to be a staple on my channel. I get I don't do everything similarly to other people who play mons but I'm not other people so I'mma keep doing my own thing here but I hear you.
I like the background and cam, makes it feel way more social and approachable. Plus having different "flavors" among the singles YTers is nice, they all have their own styles that make 'em stand out.
Mt favourite parts of this one were the poor guy rolling nothing but critical misses in BOTH GAMES, and the absurd Maushold clutch on that awful Darkrai game!

QOTD: In general, Eiscue is my least favorite. Not just bc it's ugly but bc it doesn't really seem to have any inspiration behind it like most mons. To contrast, Garbodor is ugly but it's a great execution of concept so I like it.
In competitive, Ash-Gren is my least favorite. Obvious and nonsensical anime fanservice aside, that thing was so broken in gen 7. That and Magearna made that gen really unenjoyable for me, personally.

qotd: my hatred for toxapex goes back to ancient times (aka gen 7), seeing it finally become less good was a day worth celebrating. they gave a cool ability to a stall mon with 53 attack and seem to refuse to give it to anything better. a humble 75 attack mon would be actually viable... even if just as a joke. of course the main source of hatred comes from the evil r ability.

Original Samurott is my least favorite pokemon. That boy is ass both in an actual playthrough of BW and in competitive. All he's good for is being the HM guy in-game, and even then it still feels like he's taking up space. Hisuian Rott was the upgrade of the century.

My least favorite mon is Unown, literally the worst pokemon ever made, and there's 28 versions of that a-hole. The only move he learns has been removed from the game, that's how bad he is. No pokemon compares, every other answer is invalid, he is inarguably the worst pokemon.

My least favorite pokemon is for sure Revaroom. I’m not a hater of Pokemon based on inanimate objects, but dangit they have gone too far on this. Gholdengo is an insanely close second. It looks atrocious.
