Its a camp stove that uses white gas as a fuel. You have to pump it up when you put the white gas in the tank. I've used them before while camping out...

The amount of money the former owners spent on the crafting, baking and survival equipment. Nothing I've seen so far has been cheap. You guys should have no problem selling. This unit really is a jackpot. I'm loving this second channel.

The lids and bands for canning can be VERY difficult to find during canning season.
and very profitable to resell
The large oval platter and matching dishes with the round mark on the bottom, is Franciscan Ware. I think that pattern is from the 40's or 50's, called Desert Rose. I looked it up. Your's has the older stamp/mark on the bottom. If the 14" oval platter has no chips or cracks, it's about $30. The butter dish, if it has the same mark on the bottom, and no damage, is also about $30. Creamer and sugar is about $15. The mark on the bottom determines the age.
In the center it read, "Made in California"
One of my great-aunts had the Franciscan Desert Rose pattern.
As a set it's more valuable, never break up the sets!!! Says Dr Lori lol.

It cracks me up how clueless you kids are about some of the things you find. It also makes me snicker at how often he gets frustrated while trying to open stuff and he grumbles and yells "OPEN!!!!" I have always been told not to buy used helmets. You never know if the helmet was involved in some sort of a accident.

That first blue bag you went through looks like a "bug out bag" that they could grab and go for the zombie apocalypse.
You have to keep the kit all together. Alot of the pieces join together. Not just a survival kit but a hiking kit or camping kit. Mountain camping kit. Hoses go with propane to burner, and air pillow. Square green thing was a pump. Water filtration tablets you put in muddy bacteria ridden water and can drink it. They're used in countries after natural disasters where there's no water and diseases spreading in waters. Very expensive. Keep the entire kit intact.

The first bag really looked like a bug out bag. For preppers to use for emergency bug outs, having to get out in a hurry.
The Ball products all canning jars, lids, and rings. They (especially around here) are very desirable, especially during fall when all the fresh vegetables/fruits come in. So don’t let them go cheap. Ps..Pyrex dishes are very good too. Your ink pen tips can be gold.

The bag is portable shower which you attach tubing.
The Calvin Klein box is filled with leather working tools, depending on the maker they could be worth something. The "ink cartridges" in that envelope probably go with the pen that was in there as well. Open up the pen lid and I bet it's a fountain pen. If it is check the brand, they sell between $20 - $200.
Well...she was thorough in collecting everything she needed for painting, sculpting, cake decorating/candy making, beekeeping, sewing, and all her other "endeavors". Makes most of it easy to lot up, and get the biggest bang for your buck.
Its no wonder she went off the deep end - so surrounded by all the stuff she needed, but overwhelmed by what to start first!
If you find anymore of the Franciscan pieces, those with sets look on eBay to find replacement pieces. I have the apple pattern (was grandma's 😊), or I'd be making an offer for that long narrow bowl!

My grandmother had the same pattern of flowers so old ! Those white little cups at the end were for custard so custard cups ! Nice find!

Lots of stuff for painting and art at 25:00 and onward. In the bottom of one box there’s a brush washing/drying stand. Those cartridges and pen tips are for a calligraphy pen set.
The butter dish is about $22 on Ebay. Jars and lids are valuable. Home canning supplies are hard to come by during harvest time. The tools in the Calvin Klein box are sewing tools.
You can always tell someone that spent their whole life in a city, they know nothing about even basic survival supplies.

the foldy grey looking thing in the Large lunch bag(soft sided cooler) is a camp stove as well that one uses propane
For cooking pyrex corningware has been around for many years. I find that it is the most durable and lasts the longest out of the glass cooking ware that I have used so far. I have been cooking for many years. Thank you for sharing that. It is really hard to come by now.

The thing you called a mashed potato thing is a pastry cutter. It's used to incorporate butter or lard into the dry ingredients. I have mainly used one while making biscuits. And what you thought was a cheese/butter slicer is for cheese.
Also, the little dishes you called sauce cups are called ramekins.
Have you thought about putting lots together. Cake decorating, camping, painting, sewing, fabrics and patterns, craft supplies, drawing supplies etc… on your posh mart or an auction soon. I think a lot of people would be interested.

The tips you found in the little container are called nibs and are used for Calligraphy pens. Also, the ink cartridges in the yellow ripped envelope are for the Calligraphy pen that was also in the envelope. I need those cartridges. I do Calligraphy.
The Phoenix Backpacker is a stove for backpackers. Someone has already mentioned the Franciscan Desert Rose pieces. The white piece with the small round divots and the metal piece with it is a ravioli maker.
Okay, that box with all the Ball lids... those lids are like gold right now because Ball is producing them right now... Ebay them. The "potato" masher is a pastry cutter, the real quick roller is a pastry sealer I think, the wire with a handle and roller is a cheese cutter, the wooden fork things are salad tossers, the metal stand with the insert that has round dents is an egg holder.

Franciscan China is Desert Rose pattern and platter sells for about$49-$55. Butter dish listed with slight blemishes for $129.95! All on Amazon. So yeah good find and worth looking at Amber if you have a set of them.

At around 16:58 the pattern on that platter with the pink flowers is called Desert Rose. My MIL had that set. I would guess it's from before the 70's at least unless they still make that pattern.

Cheese cutter. Those canning lids are hard to come by during canning season. Smaller glasses are juice glasses. The tools in Calvin Klein box are for leather and clay. Charcoal for drawing.
Franciscan Desert Rose for the platter. pyrex small bowls are older custard bowls, the bowls you said were flowers are salad bowls and would have a matching large bowl

The igloo container had standard camping stuff. The cooker is for hiking so you can cook.
The blue bag had the stopper for the hot water bottle. The hikers box is a small portable stove. You will find most is to do with their prepping so camping, first aid, survival supplies.

The cartridges are for ink pens. You might want to check the dates/labels on these. Occasssionally, I find some that are hard to find vintage new stock.
Make sure you look at the pen tips in the blue container as they can be gold.

Those are sewing supplies in that box. The wooden handled object with the toothed wheel like a mini pizza cutter is for seams when you use inseams. Real old lint roller also
