one of the easiest knives I've modified. Mine didn't flick open before I loosened the screw and tested it out. After that I took it apart and thinned down the small plastic washers and reassembled the knife. I also had to make an improvement to the blade lock mechanism so that the knife didn't suddenly fold itself into the fingers during use. I also removed the little thumb flick off the blade and filed down a small bump on the inner part of the locking mechanism to enable the knife to flick open easily
Great review! I had the same gripes about the too-tall thumb studs and lack of jimping. I added jimping near the pivot and filed down the thumb studs with a Dremel. Now it's the perfect budget knife for edc, in my opinion.
My real steel H6-S carbon fiber it was about 50 euro but it is still in the box haha. i am tressering all of my knives no matter what the price is. Opinel, Ganzo Y-start Real steel love them all. The Gerber Paraframe is not my cup of tea,but enjoyed the video THANKS.
That RealSteel H6-S is a great looking knife, it's been on my short list for awhile now. Funny that you mentioned a Realsteel knife because my most cherished beater is the RealSteel M21. It's the one with a glass breaker, gut hook, and can opener built into the handle. I think it might be discontinued here in the states, because I can no longer find it for sale anywhere. I know it sounds kinda silly to covet a $35.00 usd knife with 8cr13mov blade steel, but I do. Thank you for your feedback and for commenting Jos.
“A collector should buy this” Whaaaaa. I carried it for years on patrol. It’s fine, it works. What it doesn’t do is get you outta your mommas basement and force you to get a job at the call center.

Great 👍 Video ! I do own this knife to me it’s a beater knife tool not a bad knife to do small tasks !

Still only $19.97 at the Home Depot.
$20 at Walmart. It is fine. I keep looking for reasons not to like mine... not there. Everything would be a nitpick. Light robust knife.
Yeah, I know exactly what you mean.
