😲 I was there!!!!!! I remember a giant mosh pit. One HUGE dude with his name tattooed on his back started knocking people out. He fell and the crowd decended on him and he was pulverized. Medics had to take him off on a stretcher. It will always be know as the Eduardo STOMP
Me too…. It was Saturday right? Or Sunday, I forget. I was 20, and when they switched from 1 stage to the next the whole crowd moved, it was fucking nuts. Life changing event. How old were you?
Bro I was also there pretty close to the rail , I remember the cal football team there moshing absolutely throwing people around lol!! I remember seeing my dad run through the pit looking for his boy me!! Haha
Such an amazing time to be a teenager. I was there! Lived just east of Sacramento. My best friends cousin was the promotional event manager for KWOD 106.5 alternative in sac. We went to like 75 concerts in 1996 and 1997. I was very disappointed in The Smashing Pumpkins
I finally spotted myself in that sweaty, chaotic mess up front. I've been trying for years. Tall, awkward guy, white hat near the left at 29:30. Im excited!
The last song was torture. Darcy was right, but not about the guitar solo. The seemingly never ending echo was terrible and how it didn’t end even with the MTV news telecast and then they show the opening rather than show the concert that was STILL ONGOING. That’s how you know it was pretty bad.
