You are 100% right... I also one example. I don't never use medicine 62 years old no sugar no bp I eat anything can digest.i don't use even paracetamol. I am feeling Comfortable Healthwise. My sons MBBS Doctor & software engineer if say this they aren'ti accepting. They do use frequently all type of medicines.
