Your sketchbook is a proof that practice makes master! Yes, change was gradual, but difference between the beginning and end of the book is massive!
I really love this was a whole 365 days sketchbook just with HP characters!
Have to admit that I really could have sat peacefully and gazed at your calendar book drawings for hours, since with every page turned there was a new image to regard. Your time working in this way was very well spent; the drawings were delightful, your recollections most insightful and genuine. Read the Potter Books thru, and seen all the movies numerous times over the years, having first becoming torn apart as the Author was churning out these landmark novels while practically destitute and nearly homeless was the initial draw. I have much respect for her efforts, deeply care for all her character's, and adore the person's cast by the studio in each of their respective roles. You have a great sensitivity with each of these drawings, as its obvious you have a special close connection with each one of these portrayals. Your economy of line is amazing, seeming to grasp exactly were each stroke was meant to go before your hand even realized just what you were doing, or where you were heading with it. Preordination, seems to be the feeling I see most prevalently exhibited throughout its entirety. Hope you are very pleased with this incredible example of just what may be had with the smallest of inspirations trapped within a very simple bound ledger of remarkable moments from cinema, that etched your heart and the pages within.

I've read a great deal from the time I was 4 years old, and see a great deal of the world as never before I could. I loved the idea of drawing in the planner. Just gorgeous! I loved drawing from February 8th the most I think. But your portrait skills are spectacular.
You have a great talent in capturing the likeness and the essence of your subjects. Great work, well done and thank you for sharing ( I wish I could draw as well as you do!).

You capture likeness so well and expressions too. Goals, honestly. I'm still on the early stages of my portrait drawings which means no expressions and still learning how to draw features. Hahaha
The title should be: My old sketchbook, Harry Potter edition. OMG IM INLOOOVVEEE. And the fact that she use journal notebook(?)makes it more special and unique😍😍😍

I remember seeing one of your harry Potter( May 17) sketch a few years back, I tried to replicate it at that time but it was garbage

Everyone's art works look different. Please don't think that just because mine look different,it means it's better. I'm glad it inspired you!
there are like a bunch of sketch books i bought just so that i can improve certain areas and focus on them and not care about how they turn out and just practice... buttt i've never got to do that. i worry too much about what to draw and if it will come out good or not.
i actually am slowly starting to draw without being disappointed... like it was very difficult because i got so frustrated when my portraits came out really bad than they were and it felt like i was going backwards and took a week break. but then i watched art videos and just strated doing it gradually and also revisited my early portraits and artworks and was surprised to see how much i had improved. i guess at times we just get used to the process and fail to see the difference that a third person might. you just have to take a break and come back and then you'll see the improvements you could make and the progress you have done.
