Awesome to be able to see your summit day. I have been plagued by injury and illness and am currently at home letting a strained/sprained knee heal up from a fall just before Moosilauke, which pretty much finished it off. I made it over the Kinsmen Mountains and down to I-93. I came home from there and hope to at least do the Kennebec crossing to Katahdin. At that point I will only have about 950 miles 😳 to go (including the Whites 😳😳) to go before March 30th, 2024. I followed your journey while I was hiking as often as I could, and your positive attitude and energy buoyed up this 70 year old during some very tough, painful, and discouraging days.

You started your journey (or at least started posting your videos) when I started writing my dissertation. Escaping to your videos each week has been soothing to my soul as I focused on getting my work done. Thank you for sharing your journey and giving me a glimpse at freedom. Dissertation is now submitted so maybe its time for an adventure of my own!
