The band was so tight they could have played with radio shack mics and it would have sounded great! I could see them in concert anytime. Warm Audio mic is amazing though. I hope I can get someone to sing at least as half as good as her.

These guys are great and so is the mic (I have one.). One thing though - I kinda feel like this music would sound better with less verb all around and especially on vox. Less verb would keep the mix elements more separate and immediate for max impact. It would also showcase the mic better. Is the mic feeding a WA73?
the band IS actually playing together in a LIVE ROOM, that is actually live.. which has natural ambience.. as LIVE rooms do/should...Same with the horns and vocals, so everything had a "show like" vibe and ambience to it. My instincts, (not even considering the genre) is that a dry treatment would have sounded overdubbed, contrived, lifeless.and fake. I intended to sonically match what was going on visually. and aesthetically.

Based on what I am hearing, I would not buy this microphone...the sound is disturbing....maybe the tracks.. Also, the song and artist are not good...doesn't help sell the microphone
@@todosmiros8119 Actually I did go there. Ellen Sera is amazing but more importantly, her voice is more compatible with the microphone she is using. It is critical to match the color, tone, timbre of the vocalist. All vocalists should know a baseline for which microphone compliments their respective voice. For me, AKG 414 for background vocals and a Neumann u87 for lead. It is really nothing more than that.
